Shawket and Lalla Mourtada have one mission.

It's written on a glass window near the front entrance at Bon Appetit Creperie at 1426 N. Third St. in Harrisburg.

"We love to make crepes for the city that loves to eat them," it reads.

Ever since opening the small restaurant on April 19, the Mourtadas have been pleasing customers with their oversized savory and sweet crepes. The thin pancakes are stuffed and folded with a fusion of flavors, from Middle Eastern to Mediterranean and African influences....
